How to Order Our automated Order Builder will help you put together your order. Click on the item you wish to order choosing color and/or design. The Order Builder will add each item to your order, calculate shipping cost and figure your total for you. When you are done shopping, the Order Builder will walk you through the steps of providing contact and shipping information, and payment menthod. Annie's Woolens products can be ordered online, by phone or mail, with check or credit card. To order a Personalized Christmas Stocking, type a name into the text field provided. If you wish to request the Name Repeated OR a Date Embroidered on the Back of the Stocking, click on the special option you choose. Lastly, click on the "Order this item" button. Mastercard/VISA/Discover accepted. RETURN POLICY: Personalized and Traditonal Christmas Stocking returns will be accepted up to 30 days of the actual Order Date. No returns after December 25th. EXCHANGE POLICY: All exchanges on Personalized or Traditional Christmas Stockings must be made within 30 days of the actual Order date.
